In a large bowl, combine flour, curry, paprika, salt and cheese. Cut in butter into the mixture using a pastry blender until the mixture becomes coarse crumbs in consistency.
Shape the mixture into a ball by hand. Cover and keep the ball refrigerated until needed.
Have the sausage meat shaped into small balls. Cook in a large skillet set over medium heat until evenly browned. Transfer onto paper towels to drain.
Shape dough in the same amount as the sausage balls. Cover the balls with the shaped dough, wrap and place into the freezer.
For serving, turn the oven on to 400 degrees F. Arrange the frozen sausage balls over a cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes and serve with wooden picks on the side for easier nibbling.
