* 6 pork chops
* 1 pork chop fat or oil
* 2 tsp butter
* 1 salt and pepper to taste
* 3 apples-unpeeled with cores
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Use melted fat cut from the meat along with a teaspoon of butter to cook the chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for seasoning. Transfer onto a hot platter to keep the meat warm.
Cut apples into half-inch thickness and put it into the pan along with a teaspoon of butter, sugar and a few pinches of cinnamon or cloves. Set the pan over moderate heat for about 5 minutes for each side or until the apples are evenly brown.
