When Easter is just around the corner, this recipe would surely come in handy. It’s a recipe that works well with any side dish you might plan to serve for the occasion.
INGREDIENTS
1 (10 pound) fully-cooked spiral cut ham
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup apricot jam
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the oven to 275 degrees F settings.
Arrange the ham onto an aluminum foil with the cut side facing down.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, apricot jam and mustard powder. Use mixture to brush ham and set aside any remaining mixture to serve as glaze. Seal the edges of the foil around the ham and set over a rimmed baking sheet.
Place it into the oven and roast for 2 hours. Baste with glaze on the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
