    A simple recipe that makes an elegant presentation even for special gatherings.

    INGREDIENTS

    8 boilled eggs
    500 g cooked ham
    200 g frozen peas
    1 red pepper
    200 g pickles
    1 can clear vegetable soup
    1 white gelatine pack ( for 1 l of liquid)

    DIRECTIONS

    • Cut all the ingredients into cubes and place them in an appropriate mold.
    • Add dissolved gelatine to vegetable soup. Mix well and pour over the mixture. Chill overnight and serve.
