INGREDIENTS
1 pound sliced bacon, cut into thirds
1 (14 ounce) package beef cocktail wieners
3/4 cup brown sugar, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
Turn the oven on to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Keep 2/3 of the bacon refrigerated until using.
Use a piece of bacon to wrap a cocktail wiener. Keep the edges in place using a wooden pick. Arrange them onto a large baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Let it bake for 40 minutes and transfer the wieners in a slow cooker. Keep it cooking over low heat for serving.
