This recipe makes a great serving even for the holidays.
INGREDIENTS
6 pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
4 large potatoes, sliced about 1/4-inch thick
1 large onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, cook chops until browned. Remove from skillet and place it in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish when done.
Deglaze skillet with water.
Top the chops with potato slices until completely covered. Season with salt and pepper. Layer with the onion and add the soup.
Drizzle preparation with the deglazed liquids and cover well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
