    Barbecue Pork for Sandwiches

    Soft meat cooked for hours in a slow cooker, adding a delightful barbecue sauce before baking.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
    3 pounds boneless pork ribs
    1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add beef broth and pork ribs into the slow cooker. Cook at high settings for 4 hours. Transfer meat into a platter and shred using two forks.
    • Prepare the oven to 350 degrees F settings.
    • Place pork into a Dutch oven and mix it with the barbecue sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until properly heated.
