For those who are just beginning to train for barbecue cooking, this recipe is simple enough to have a delicious and flavorful meal.
INGREDIENTS
* 3 pounds pork spareribs
* 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
* salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Remove the membranes off the underside of the ribs and cut off loose fat as well.
Start preheating the smoker or grill to a 225 degrees F that should last for about 6 hours of cooking time later. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper. Set the meat over the grill or smoker and cook until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Baste the meat with barbecue sauce and turn after 10 minutes to cook and baste the other side. Remove the meat after it jas been richly coated with sauce and tender in texture.
