Pork barbecue can be served on simple gatherings or even for a snack dish at home. If you want to hype up the taste of your average barbecue dish, here is one great way to do it.
INGREDIENTS
* 2 1/2 pounds pork shoulder
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 2 cups ketchup
* 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the pork for cooking by cutting it.
Combine the cut pork and the rest of the ingredients of this recipe in a slow-cooker.
Mix well after cooking the pork meat for 4 hours. Serve immediately and enjoy!
