This recipe is so easy to make and serves a great meal time for the family.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Saute the onion until tender. Remove the onions and replace it with the pork. Cook until browned.
In a 1-1/2 quart casserole, mix onions, pork and sauerkraut. Cover and let it bake for an hour.
