Brown chops evenly in heated oil over medium-high heat.
Add soup, milk and 1/2 package salad dressing mix into the skillet. Bring mixture to a boil and adjust heat settings to low. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Add sprinklings of paprika.
To prepare the Ranch-Style Rice, heat 2-1/4 cups of water with the remaining salad dressing mix. Cook in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Mix in a cup of uncooked long-grain white rice. Prepare as instructed in the label.
