A delicious tandem of cooked meats, canned veggies, cheeses, condensed soups, mayo and cooked penne pasta. Enjoy it with toppings of buttered cracker crumbs.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Penne Pasta
¾ lb Lean Ground Beef
¾ lb Lean Ground Pork
1 Medium Onion, chopped
½ tsp Each Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, or to taste
1× 15 oz can Mixed Vegetables, drained
1× 10 oz can Cream of Celery Soup
1× 10 oz can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can sliced Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
1× 6 oz can Sliced Mushrooms, drained
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1× 4-oz pkg Crumbled Goat Cheese
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers, crumbled
1 stick Butter, melted |

DIRECTIONS
- Boil lightly salted water. Add pasta and cook for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside 1/2 cup of the liquid.
- Saute beef, pork and onion. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Cook meat until browned or for about 10 minutes.
- Bring meat, pasta and the remaining ingredients (except crackers and butter) into a large bowl. Combine well and add more pasta liquids to thin, if needed.
- Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer mixture into the dish.
- Stir crackers with melted butter. Top this over the meat mixture. Bake into a 375 degrees F preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
