A great casserole recipe that my family always request over the weekends. It makes our bonding meal time more memorable and satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound pork sausage
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano

DIRECTIONS

• Brown sausage evenly in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease, crumble the sausage and set aside.
• Unroll the crescent dough on a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled sausage.
• Whisk beaten egg with mozzarella and Cheddar. Add seasoning of oregano and add over the sausage and crescent rolls.
• Place it in a 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
• Makes 12 servings
