INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 cup green onion, thin sliced
* 2 tbsp gingerroot, grated
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp liquid honey
* 1 tbsp molasses
* 2 small garlic cloves, minced
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 2 large pork tenderloins, trimmed [3/4 lb e, ach] |

DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a large bowl and use it to combine green onions with ginger, soy sauce, honey, molasses, garlic, salt and pepper. Put pork and coat well by turning. Put cover and let it chill for a minimum of 4 hours or extend up to 8 hours.
- Reserve the marinade and set the pork over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Leave it to broil about 6 inches above heat and use marinade for basting it once. Cook for about 20 minutes. Cover using a foil and leave it to stand for 10 minutes just before slicing.
- Makes 6 servings.
