    Grilled Pork Chops with Chutney Sauce

    This recipe is made special with the addition of Rhubarb Chutney during serving.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup Rhubarb Chutney
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
    Freshly ground pepper to taste
    4 4-ounce boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick, trimmed

    DIRECTIONS

    • Refer to Rhubarb Chutney’s recipe for preparation. Set grill to medium-high preheat settings.
    • In a small bowl, combine coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the pork chops.
    • Grease grill rack lightly with oil. Place the chops and grill at medium high heat for about 5 minutes.
    • Turn and cook the other side evenly.
    • Enjoy with a serving of prepared chutney.
