    Grilled Pork Tenderloins

    "Enjoy summer picnics or outdoor gatherings with this delicious grill recipe."

    INGREDIENTS

    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    4 teaspoons ketchup
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
    Hot cooked rice

    DIRECTIONS

    • Prepare the marinade, combining the first 10 ingredients into a bowl. Place half of the mixture into a large zip-lock plastic bag. Add the tenderloin, seal the bag and squeeze until coated. Place it in the refrigerator for about 8 hours, turning from time to time. Keep it covered and place the remaining marinade refrigerated.
    • Grill marinated meat over indirect medium-hot heat for about 20 minutes, turning once. Use the reserved marinade for basting and leave it to stand for about 5 minutes. Enjoy with a serving of rice.
    • Makes 8 servings
