    A delicious mixture of eggs, ham, bread crumbs and seasonings topped with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. Yummy!

    INGREDIENTS

    2 Eggs slightly beaten
    1 1/2 lb (5 cups) cooked ground ham
    2 cup Soft bread crumbs
    1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tbl Chopped green bell pepper
    1 tbl Prepared mustard
    1 can pineapple slices (8 oz.) drained, reserve syrup
    1/4 cup Pineapple syrup
    3 Maraschino cherries halved, (up to 4)

    DIRECTIONS

    • Mix eggs, ham, bread crumbs, brown sugar, bell pepper, mustard and pineapple syrup in a large bowl. Combine well and transfer into an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    • Top with drained pineapple slices. Place a maraschino cherry halves inside each pineapple slices.
    • Bake in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for about an hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and remove from pan.
