This is a healthy variety dish combining asparagus to ham with savory seasonings.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg asparagus
100 g butter
salt, pepper
1 cup white wine
300 g ham
50 g parmeggiano cheese
DIRECTIONS
Add asparagus in hot salted water, cooking for about 15 minutes. Wrap each asparagus with hams slices and transfer into an oven-proof dish. Drizzle with salt and pepper. Add melted butter and wine. Sprinkle with Parmeggiano cheese and cut in several pieces of butter.
Place it into a 220 degrees F preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
