This delicious recipe is so easy to make and healthy enough to conform with a low carb diet.
INGREDIENTS
1-pound hamburger, thawed
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet or yellow onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
Kitchen Equipment Needed:
Frying pan
12" quiche pan, sprayed with cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
Prepare oven to 375 degrees F settings.
Brown hamburger meat, stir until crumbled. Drain excess fat and cool slightly.
Combine mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch, salt and eggs. Set aside.
Coat a quiche pan with cooking spray. Press the crumbled hamburger at the bottom of the pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and add the egg-milk mixture. Spread evenly.
