    Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

    It’s a recipe with all the right amount of flavors.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 1/4 cups warm milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    1/4 cup honey
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 3/4 cups bread flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
    2 tablespoons butter, melted

    DIRECTIONS

    • Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan as recommended in the manual. Choose the Dough setting and press Start.
    • When done, invert dough over a lightly floured surface. Roll into 3/4-inch thick. Cut into 4-inch diameter using a biscuit cutter. Arrange over a lightly greased cookie sheet and cover. Leave it to rise for an hour.
    • Prepare oven to 350 degrees F settings. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes. When done, brush with melted butter.
