    Italian Slow-Cooked Potatoes

    This recipe is made with very few ingredients and cooked in a crock pot. Simple and delicious!

    INGREDIENTS

    6 small potatoes
    Olive oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons dry Italian dressing mix
    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash potatoes thoroughly. Use olive oil to brush over the potatoes.
    • Put the potatoes in a crock pot and sprinkle with the dry dressing mix. Cook covered over low heat for about 6 hours.
    • Makes up to 6 servings.
