2 ½ pound boneless pork loin (for roasting)
1 cup maple syrup
4 tbsp Dijon style mustard
2 ½ tbsp cider vinegar
2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven at 350°F (175°C).
Mix maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Lay the pork in a roasting pan. Pour over the mixture into the pork evenly. Place the uncovered pan inside the preheated oven for about 1 hour. Take out from oven and let it stand for 10 minute before slicing and serve.
