*4 lb pork (ribs, chops or other)
*2 tsp salt
*3 garlic cloves, crushed
*2 tsp whole leaf oregano
*1 qt blended red chili sauce
DIRECTIONS
Season meat using salt.
Combine garlic, oregano and blended red chili sauce. Transfer this mixture over the meat and refrigerate for about 8 hours or preferably overnight to marinate.
For cooking, set for slow cooking over stove or in an oven set at 350 degrees F for an hour.
If preferred, add some thick slices of potatoes with the meat as it marinates.
