Pork chops are coated with onion-flavor mixture and fried to perfection.
INGREDIENTS
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 pork chops
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup olive oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
Crush the contents of the onion soup mix into smaller bits without opening the packet. Transfer it into a shallow bowl and mix it with flour.
Preheat a heavy skillet with oil over medium heat.
Dredge pork into the flour mixture and shake off any excess. Gently place it into the hot skillet and cook for about 30 seconds. Turn and cook the other side for about 4 minutes. Turn it one more time and cook to preferred doneness.
