A delicious stir-fried recipe of pork, onions, pineapple, red pepper, snow peas and plum sauce.
|
|
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 pound boneless pork loin, cut into strips
1/2 fresh pineapple – peeled, cored and cubed
1 fresh red chile pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup trimmed snow peas
1/4 cup plum sauce |

DIRECTIONS
- Add oil to wok and heat over medium-high flames. Saute onion and garlic, stir-frying for 2 minutes. Transfer into a plate and set aside.
- Add the pork strips into the same wok and cook for 2 minutes for each batch. Transfer into a plate when done and reheat wok before continuing with the remaining batches.
- Stir-fry pork with onions, pineapple, red pepper, snow peas and plum sauce. Cook for 4 minutes or until peas are soft.
