Try this delicious and easy stir-fried recipe made of pork, veggies and peaches. Enjoy it with a serving of noodles or steamed rice. Truly impressive!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound cubed pork meat
2 teaspoons peanut oil, or sesame oil
1 large onion, diced
1 large carrot, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, with juice
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
- Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, ground ginger and garlic powder in a glass bowl or casserole dish. Add pork and cover. Chill for a few hours or preferable overnight.
- To cook, heat wok with oil over medium-high heat. Add pork, marinade and onion, cooking and stirring often until meat is done. Add in the carrots and broccoli, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Add the peaches along with its liquids, cooking until boiling. Sprinkle with flour and mix. Continue cooking until sauce is thick.
