This is a very simple yet so delectable pizza dish that is created with just tomato slices, herbs and tasty cheese.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 large russet potato
    Oil, for coating pan
11 ounce pkg refrigerated pizza dough
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
    1/4 cup vegetarian bacon bits
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    2 tbsp fresh shredded basil

    DIRECTIONS

    • Preheat the oven for about four hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Clean the potato by scrubbing it and stabbing it with a knife. Cook the potatoes in a microwave oven for about 240 seconds. Set it aside and allow it to cool. Peel away the potato skin.
    • Spread a little bit of oil all over the baking pan. Assemble the dough and stretch it until it reached the each of the corner of the baking pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of oil onto the dough and season it with garlic.
    • Slice the potatoes thinly and arrange it on top of the garlic. Season it Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.
    • You may now add in the rosemary as well as the bacon bit. Use salt and pepper to taste. Allow baking for fifteen minutes or just until the crust is brownish and you see the cheese beginning to melt. Set it aside for five minutes then cut into your desired cut.
    • You may utilize fresh basil for garnishing and serve.
