2 tbsp steak seasoning rub
½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 pounds boneless pork loin (for roasting)
DIRECTIONS
Marinade mixture: In a small bowl, dissolve the steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar and stir in olive oil.
Set the pork into a resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade mixture and seal the bag without air. Marinate it for 2 hours or more.
Preheat oven at 350°F (175°C). Lay the pork into the baking dish including marinade. Set the oven timer for 1 hour and bake. Basting occasionally until its done. Let it stand for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serve.
