This is a delicious casserole dish that woud make a delighful serving during cold winter nights.
INGREDIENTS
*1½ lbs Bulk Pork Sausage
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Bottled Minced Garlic
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 Small To Medium Head Cabbage, chopped
1 lb Dried Ziti Pasta, cooked and drained
Salt
Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage, onion and garlic, cooking until sausage is no longer pinkish in color. Remove excess fat.
Add cabbage and adjust heat to low. Cover and cook until cabbage becomes tender.
Blend in the cooked pasta and add salt and pepper to taste.
