INGREDIENTS
1 pound breakfast sausage
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups finely diced celery
3/4 cup margarine, melted
8 cups white bread cubes
3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cook sausage and drain when done.
Melt margarine and mix it with enough sausage drippings until you have a cup. Add onions and celery. Saute until onion is tender. Mix in 1/4 of the bread cubes and place it in a big bowl.
Add the rest of the bread cubes, poultry seasoning and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Fill turkey with the mixture.
