    Scrambled Eggs With Frankfurter Sausages

    I usually have this delicious recipe for lunch or for breakfast. I even experiment once in a while substituting sausages for any other meat or veggies I could find in the fridge.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 12 eggs, beaten
    * 3 Frankfurter sausages, boiled, skinned, sliced
    * 3 tablespoons butter
    * Seasonings to taste

    DIRECTIONS

    • Cook the Frankfurter sausages in water for about 4 minutes. Once done, take the sausage out of the water and discard the skin. Slice.
    • Combine eggs with seasonings and cook scrambled with the sausage.
