This recipe is a flavorful dish, seasoning ribs and boiling them until tender. They are further baked in preferred barbeque sauces before serving.
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup barbeque sauce
DIRECTIONS
Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the ribs. Add garlic powder, black pepper and salt then bring water to a boil, cooking the ribs until tender.
Prepare the oven to 325 degrees F settings.
Take the ribs off the pot and transfer into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add barbeque sauce and cover the dish with foil.
Place dish into the oven to bake for about 1-1/2 hours.
