1 (3 pound) boneless chuck roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
DIRECTIONS
Set the roast onto a slow cooker. Sprinkle roast with garlic powder and onion powder. Add salt and pepper. Add barbeque sauce over meat and cook over low heat for about 8 hours.
Take the meat off the slow cooker. Use two forks to shred meat and place them back into the slow cooker. Cook for another hour and serve.
