Unbelievably great tasting with only two ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 (8 pound) cured, bone-in picnic ham
DIRECTIONS
Scatter 1-1/2 cups of brown sugar on the bottom of the slow cooker crock. Set ham into the slow cooker with the flat side facing down. Trim as needed. Rub the rest of the brown sugar over the ham by hand. Cook covered over low heat for 8 hours.
