INGREDIENTS
3 pounds pork shoulder
2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
chili powder to taste
crushed red pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Cook pork shoulder in a slow cooker with taco seasoning. Add chili powder, red pepper flakes or both. Cover meat with water and cover pot. Cook over low heat for 8 hours.
Take the pork shoulder out of the pot and shred using two forks.
