This recipe cooks pork shoulders with taco seasoning and chili powders. A real thrill for those with fearless palate!
INGREDIENTS
3 pounds pork shoulder
2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
chili powder to taste
crushed red pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Put pork shoulder in a slow cooker adding the taco seasoning. Add chili powder or red pepper flakes. Cover meat with water and put on the lid. Cook for 8 hours over low heat and remove the pork shoulders off the pot and shred using two pieces of fork.
