In order to come up with a truly delicious beef ribs recipe cooking them slowly would be recommendable. This allows more flavor for the meat as it comes out to a tender doneness.
INGREDIENTS
* 4 pounds beef short ribs
* 1/2 cup dry red wine
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 teaspoon thyme
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl but do not add the ribs yet. After properly mixing, pour the marinade over the ribs set on a shallow baking dist. Coat the ribs well and place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Set the grill to preheat settings and for an indirect grilling. Once the grill becomes hot take the ribs off the marinade and cook over the grill indirectly. Throw out the marinade. Leave the ribs to cool for an hour and a half. Turn the meat every 15 minutes until done.
