    Soy Italian Pork Roast

    You can adjust the seasonings to agree with your taste. Serve over dinner for a festive evening delight.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 pork roast
    1 bottle Italian salad dressing
    1 cup soy sauce
    Cain’s steak and fajita seasoning
    garlic salt
    ground black pepper

    DIRECTIONS

    • Prepare the oven to 350°F settings.
    • Place pork in a foil pan and coat well with combined seasonings. Add the Italian dressing followed by soy sauce then tent pan with foil.
    • Cook the pork in the oven, roasting for an hour for each pound or cook until tender.
